The Only Thing that Seems to Come Down Every Year
 
I can actually have used this cartoon in just about any paper in the country for any number of issues where prices and/ or taxes are involved.  Yet another “annual” cartoon to consider.
 
I had created another New Year’s Eve cartoon, but this was the one I ended up submitting.
